The VIP Chair only supports the following windows versions:

• Windows 10 20h2 - Windows 11 22H2

How to update winodws version:

For Windows 10:

1. Open Windows Update:

   • Click on the "Start" button.

   • Type "Windows Update" in the search bar and press Enter.

2. Check for Updates:

   • In the Windows Update window, click on "Check for updates."

3. Download and Install Updates:

   • If updates are available, click on the "Download" button to start downloading the updates.

   • After downloading, click on the "Install" button to begin the installation process.

4. Restart (if needed):

   • Some updates may require a restart. If prompted, restart your computer to complete the update process.

For Windows 11:

1. Open Settings:

   • Click on the "Start" button.

   • Click on the "Settings" (gear) icon.

2. Go to Windows Update:

   • In the Settings window, click on "Windows Update" in the left sidebar.

3. Check for Updates:

   • Click on the "Check for updates" button.

4. Download and Install Updates:

   • If updates are available, click on the "Download and install" button to start the update process.

5. Restart (if needed):

   • Some updates may require a restart. If prompted, restart your computer to complete the update process.
