This page helps you fix common errors that may occur during setup or usage. Please find your error message below and follow the solution step by step.

🔊 Overlay & SteelSeries Errors

❌ Error: Please launch GEFORCE Moment overlay (FOR GEFORCE)

Solution:

1. Open NVIDIA App / GeForce Experience

2. Go to Settings

3. Disable In-Game Overlay

4. Enable In-Game Overlay again

5. Try injecting again

❌ Error: Please launch SteelSeries Sonar overlay (FOR STEELSERIES)

Solution:

1. Open SteelSeries GG

2. Make sure Sonar is enabled

3. Press your Sonar bind key (ALT+P)

4. Then inject again

⚠️ You must press the Sonar bind before injection

❌ Issue: Flickering menu or black screen in game

Solution:

1. Open SteelSeries GG

2. Go to Settings → MOMENTS

3. Open Capture and Sound

4. Disable “Allow Moments to capture while gaming”

5. Restart the game

🧠 System & BIOS Errors

❌ Error: Please disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology

Solution:

• Intel RST must be disabled

❌ Error: Unsupported Firmware

Solution:

1. Convert your system disk to GPT

2. Switch BIOS mode from Legacy to UEFI

You can use:

• mbr2gpt (Windows built-in)

• Any disk management tool

❌ Error: Please enable Intel VT-X / AMD-V

Solution:

1. Enter BIOS

2. Enable one of the following:

   • Intel Virtualization Technology

   • Intel VT-X

   • AMD-V

   • SVM Mode

3. Save and restart

❌ Error: VMX / SVM is not supported

Solution (Method 1):

1. Open Control Panel

2. Go to Programs → Enable or Disable Windows Features

3. Disable:

   • Hyper-V

   • Virtual Machine Platform

4. Restart PC

Solution (Method 2):

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator

2. Enter:

   bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

3. Restart PC

Windows 11 (If still not fixed): Run PowerShell as Administrator, paste all commands below:

takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe"
icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F

Restart the PC after.

⚙️ Loader & Injection Errors

❌ Error: The bind button does not work

Solution:

1. Re-inject

2. If still not working:

   • Run the overlay as Administrator

---

❌ Error: No menu appears / Loader closes immediately

Solution:

1. Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable

2. Link: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

3. Restart PC

❌ Error: 0x296

Solution:

• Re-inject the loader

---

❌ Error: Failed to allocate memory / map memory

Solution:

1. Restart PC

2. Try injecting again

If the error continues:

• Clean startup programs

• Download Autoruns: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

• Disable all non-system startup programs

💡 Leftover drivers from old software may cause this error

❌ Error: Failed to load dependencies

Solution:

1. Disable all antivirus & protection

2. Remove any anti-readers / security tools

3. Clean startup programs if needed

🌐 Network Errors

---

❌ Error: Unknown network error

Solution:

• Check your internet connection

• Restart router if needed

• Disable VPN and try again

• Or switch to a different VPN server

---

🚫 Software Conflicts

---

❌ Error: Please uninstall Vanguard / Faceit first

Solution:

1. Uninstall:

   • Riot Vanguard

   • Faceit Anti-Cheat

2. Restart PC

3. Try again

🧩 Hardware Compatibility Errors

---

❌ Error: AES instruction set is not supported

Solution:

• Your CPU does not support AES

• This cannot be fixed

• Please open a ticket in our discord server for a refund

❌ Error: Either virtual or RAID disk is present

Solution:

• Disable RAID in BIOS OR

• Turn off spoofer and reinstall Windows completely

❌ Error: CRD failed / Failed to init render

Solution:

• PC: Graphics card is too old

• Laptop: Disable integrated graphics in BIOS

• For refunds open a ticket in our discord server

❌ Error: Incorrect HWID

Solution:

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator

2. Run:

   wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber
   wmic baseboard get SerialNumber

3. If any command fails:

   • Reinstall Windows

   • Check again after reinstall
